Bedding will make your life easier when it comes to cleaning time and your rat's life more fun. It's the bedding you choose that makes all the difference.

I currently use Breeder's Choice paper litter in my litter trays, and fleece as my shelf liners. I find this is a suitable arrangement, as my does are litter trained (and do their business where they should... most of the time.), and they seem to like the comfort of fleece, not to mention I like the colour and fun it brings to the cage!
